This online training program on the prevention of sexual harassment is divided into four (4) main modules:

• Understanding sexual harassment;
• Responding to it;
• Preventing sexual harassment;
• Know what the law says about it.

As a learner, you will be able to complete the online training program at your own pace, navigating freely from one module to another. You can also use the logical order of each section presented in the menu.

The menu located on the top of each page helps you to navigate easily from one module to another, from one section to another.

The content is presented in two formats (these two formats are complementary from one another):

1. In the top part of the site, the content animated using Macromedia Flash, is accompanied by the voice of a narrator, is illustrated with case studies and completed with examples and interactive exercises.
   
2. In the bottom part of the site, the content in a text format summarizes and completes the animated part of the site. This is where you will find more details and more examples concerning the concepts presented.

Take advantage of this online training program in order to:

• Acquire new knowledge in an anonymous fashion.
• Be better prepared when facing situations of sexual harassment.
• Participate by completing the interactive exercises and be acquainted with the feedback provided.
• Test your knowledge by completing the pre-test and post-test of each module.
• Complete the final test of this site. You must have a score of at least 75% and choose to provide your name in order for a certificate to be released under your name; add the certificate to your resume.
